InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI®

I am a Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.

All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain their membership in good standing.

In order to become certified, I was required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. I am a graduate of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be evident to you.  Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

About Me

My name is William Rhoades, a dedicated Ohio licensed home inspector. Allsafe is a local, family-owned business serving Northeast Ohio. I’m the proud owner of Allsafe and also a firefighter/paramedic. Prior to becoming a firefighter, I worked alongside one of the best in construction building additions, decks and sunrooms. My experience combined with knowledge in home inspections is a valuable tool to determine if you're making a good investment. I proudly served our country in the US Army for over four years deploying twice overseas. I was honorably discharged as a Sergeant. With my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife, two children and boxer Harlow. We’re an active family that enjoys traveling, being outdoors, travel baseball and cruising in our 87’ Grand National.
Whether you’re buying or selling I will provide you with a thorough  home inspection and a detailed report you can rely on to make a confident decision. My promise to you is that I will inspect your future home from top to bottom, inside out to make sure it’s Allsafe.
